By accessing Habiterr, you agree to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge responsibility for compliance with local laws. Disagreement with these terms prohibits use of the app. Materials in Habiterr are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Use License
Permission allows temporarily downloading one copy of Habiterr per device for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This grants a license, not title transfer. Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use materials for commercial purposes or public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer software in Habiterr
- Remove copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer materials to others or mirror them on other servers
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, or the Developer may terminate it anytime. Upon termination, you must destroy downloaded materials in all formats.
Disclaimer
Materials are provided “as is.” The Developer makes no warranties and disclaims all others, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. The Developer doesn't warrant the accuracy, results, or reliability of materials or linked sites.
Limitations
The Developer and suppliers aren't liable for damages from using or inability to use Habiterr, even if notified of potential damage. Jurisdictional limitations on implied warranties may not apply to you.
Accuracy of Materials
Materials may contain errors. The Developer doesn't warrant accuracy or completeness and may change materials without notice, though doesn't commit to updates.
Links
The Developer hasn't reviewed linked sites and isn't responsible for their contents. Links don't imply endorsement. Users assume risk with linked websites.
Modifications
The Developer may revise these terms anytime without notice. Using Habiterr means accepting the current version.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Ukrainian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Ukrainian courts.
